The practice of charity is not limited to people who have wealth or money, in fact, the practice can be done and implemented by anyone.  The matter was among those touched upon in the Forum in conjunction with the Knowledge Convention for the Brunei Muara District in conjunction with His Majesty's 79th Birthday Celebration.

Present were Members of the Legislative Council. The forum, titled "Sedekah: Amalan Mampu Milik Semua", also emphasized on the types of charity. Over 400 people attended the forum, comprising the government officials, academics and youth. The forum was held at the International Convention Centre in Berakas.
